Memorial Day - Columbus day

​FLOOR PERSONNEL ​Candidate must be able to:
*  Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
*  Be reliable, show up on time and be prepared for shift. (Shifts typically are 8:30pm-1:30am on busy nights)
*  Maintain calm demeanor at all times
*  Take direction from our managers
*  Diffuse issues and ensure safe atmosphere
*  Alert management of any foreseen issues.
*  Light clearing/cleaning at the end of the night

DOOR PERSONNEL In addition to the above;
*  Need STOP/TIPS certification to check ID's.
*  Check ID's and only allow in with 100% confidence
*  Be able to deny guests with insufficient Identification.
*  See a situation before it becomes and issue.
